Shipping Policy

Overview

Every Carpool Couture piece is made to order — intentionally, sustainably, and with care. Our process minimizes waste while ensuring the premium quality you expect.

Processing Time

Each order is produced specifically for you. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing before shipment. During collection launches, holidays, or carrier delays, production time may extend slightly — quality always comes first.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and carrier rates.

  • Domestic Orders (U.S.): typically arrive within 3–7 business days once shipped.

  • International Orders: arrival times vary depending on customs and carrier service.

You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Carpool Couture is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses. We’ll always assist in locating your package, but once in carrier hands, delivery is beyond our control.

International Orders

Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to mark orders as “gifts” to bypass customs regulations.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Because each item is made to order, we are unable to modify or cancel an order once production has begun. Please review your cart carefully before checkout.
