Overview
Each Carpool Couture piece is made just for you. That means we don’t mass produce — and we also don’t restock. Please review the policy below for how we handle returns and refunds fairly, clearly, and with integrity.

Made-to-Order Policy
All products are made to order. Because of this, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to change of mind, incorrect size, or buyer’s remorse.
Please refer to our Find Your Fit guide before purchasing.

Return Rules Summary
• Returns accepted: within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery
• Return shipping: customer provides return shipping and tracking
• Restocking fee: 10% of the item price applies to all approved returns
• Final sale: select collections (see below) are non-returnable

Non-Returnable Collections
For licensing, customization, and production reasons, any collection referencing an actual sports team or organization cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
This includes but is not limited to:
• High schools
• Colleges and universities
• Youth, recreational, or professional leagues
• Custom or personalized designs
Universal, non-team collections remain eligible under standard return rules.

Damaged, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items
We will replace or refund any item that arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.
To qualify:
1. Email shop.carpoolcouture@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
3. Our team will review and respond with next steps.
If approved, a replacement or refund will be issued promptly — no restocking or return shipping fees apply.

Return Eligibility
Eligible items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
Please allow 3–10 business days for standard banking processing.

Gift cards and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
