Q: What types of items can you customize?

A: Sweatshirts, jackets, tumblers, or something entirely your own — if you can wear it, carry it, or gift it, we can design it. We welcome unique requests and thrive on creating statement pieces that still feel effortless.

Q: Do you work with my own clothing items?

A: At this time, we don’t accept outside garments for customization. However, if you have a specific piece or fabric in mind, we’re happy to discuss the best sourcing options to achieve your vision. Every project starts with finding the right foundation — and we’ll make sure it’s the right one for you.

Design Process

Q: How long does the design process take?

A: Most custom projects take 1-2 weeks from approval to completion. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee, depending on our current workload and the complexity of your design.

Q: Will I see my design before it's made?

A: Absolutely! We'll create digital mockups of your design for your approval before we begin production. You'll have one round of revisions included in your project cost.

Q: Can I make changes once production starts?

A: Minor adjustments may be possible depending on the stage of production, but significant changes may require additional time and cost. We'll discuss any change requests on a case-by-case basis.

Pricing & Payment

Q: How much do custom designs cost?

A: Every project is unique. Pricing is determined by design complexity, materials, and timeline. Each quote includes a private consultation, digital concept mockup, one refinement, and the finished piece. To begin, reach out with your vision — custom pricing is provided upon request.

Q: Do you offer discounts for bulk or group orders?

A: Yes. Bulk and group orders are eligible for tiered discounts based on quantity and item type. Whether outfitting a full team, school, or event, we’ll create a custom quote that reflects your order size and design complexity. Q: When do I pay for my custom order?

A: A 50% deposit is required to begin your project, with the remaining balance due before shipment. We accept all major credit cards and Venmo & PayPal.

Q: What if I'm not happy with the final result?

A: Each piece is crafted to match the approved design with precision. If an error occurs on our end, we’ll make it right. Approved designs are final once production has begun. However, we know mistakes happen (such is life) and changes to the approved design after production begins may incur additional costs.

Materials & Care

Q: What materials do you use?

A: We work exclusively with premium fabrics, threads, and embellishments curated for longevity and refined finish. Specific selections are finalized during your consultation.

Q: How do I care for my custom piece?

A: Generally, we recommend gentle washing and air drying to preserve the quality and longevity of your custom design.

Shipping & Returns

Q: How will my custom item be shipped?

A: Every piece is packaged with care and shipped via insured carrier. For bulk orders, all items are sourced, produced, and shipped together for a seamless delivery. If you prefer a private link for individual purchases, each order will follow standard production and shipping timelines. Shipping costs are confirmed in your final quote.

Q: Can I return a custom item?

A: Due to the bespoke nature of custom work, returns are not accepted unless there is a craftsmanship issue or deviation from the approved design. We encourage thorough review of mockups before approval.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Currently, we ship within the United States. International shipping may be available for special projects - please contact us to discuss your specific needs.
